WhatsApp on the same working day, email within 24 hours. Custom order sketches take two working days because someone has to actually draw them.

Tracking goes out the morning after dispatch. If it has been more than three days since your dispatch email, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier.

Yes, free of charge, up until we start stitching — usually 24–48 hours after you order. Once a custom piece is in progress we can still adjust colours, but the deposit is non-refundable.

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We remake and reship at no cost, no return needed. It has happened twice in four years and both were remade the same week.

Sometimes. It depends on where the queue is and how many stems you need. Ask — if we can’t do it we will say so straight away rather than string you along.

That is most of what we do. Send a reference photo of any flower and we will tell you honestly whether it works in crochet. Some do not, and we would rather say that than sell you a disappointment.
